This is a natural forest oxygen bar in China with the highest concentration of negative oxygen ions. Perhaps due to the divine power of "Zhado," the original tropical rainforest ecosystem here has been well preserved. Walking into Mori, thousands of tropical plants form a canopy that blocks the sky; you can see the huge century-old vines as "hammocks," the ruthless "strangler figs" as "tropical cold-blooded killers," and the millennia-old ferns and fossilized ancient trees as thick textbooks of time.

Ruili Mori Tropical Rainforest — one of the most famous tourist destinations in Dehong Prefecture
Moli is located on the Ruili City side at the junction of Luxi City, Ruili City, and Longchuan County, about 5 kilometers northeast of Ruiwan Bridge. It is said to be the natural forest oxygen bar with the highest negative oxygen ions in China. "Moli" is a Dai word meaning "beautiful waterfall." Moli is also called Zhado. Legend has it that Buddha once fasted and bathed beside the hot spring here, leaving a huge footprint. To commemorate Buddha's arrival, people call this place "Zhado," which means "Great Buddha's footprint" in the Inpali language. On a slanting rock wall in Moli, there is a giant left footprint embedded: the toes and sole are clearly distinguishable. The footprint is 96 centimeters long, 43 centimeters wide at the forefoot, 33 centimeters wide at the arch, and 52 centimeters wide at the heel. Devotees apply gold powder to the footprint, making it shine brilliantly. During Buddhist festivals, pilgrims come here in endless streams. Walking into Moli, thousands of tropical and subtropical plants form a dense canopy. Here you can see huge century-old ancient vines, the ruthless "strangler fig," millennia-old ancient ferns, and fossilized ancient trees tens of thousands of years old—the original tropical rainforest ecosystem is very well preserved. Wild boars, bears, elk, peacocks, green monkeys, and many other wild animals add to the primitive atmosphere here. After wandering through the rainforest for a long time, you can faintly hear the sound of water. Following the sound to the end of the gorge, the sound becomes like thunder, and the view suddenly opens up to reveal a huge waterfall cascading down a 60-meter-high cliff. "The layered water is like cotton, scattering flowers without needing a bow to shoot"—this is the Moli Waterfall. Within the Moli scenic area, there is also a natural hot spring and a resort hotel. The Moli Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area is located in the Moli Gorge in the northeast of Ruili City, 21.2 kilometers from downtown Ruili. It is also called "Emerald Valley." "Moli" is a transliteration of the Dai language, meaning "beautiful waterfall." The Moli Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area features unique tropical rainforest landscapes and is famous for its beautiful and exotic natural and cultural scenery as well as its Buddhist holy sites. It is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Dehong Prefecture.

Kuoshi Festival — The Lisu People's Carnival
The Lisu ethnic group is the fourth largest minority in the Ruili mountainous area, following the Jingpo, De'ang, and Han ethnic groups. They are mainly distributed in Dengzha Village Committee of Mengxiu Township and villages such as Banling and Banyang in Huyu Township of Ruili City. Their residences are mostly located in mountainous and semi-mountainous areas, characterized by large dispersion and small clusters. The women's clothing of the Lisu in Ruili is generally the same as that of the Lisu around Nujiang, wearing hats made of shells and beads, right-collared jackets, hemp long skirts, light-colored short waistcoats, and dark-colored padded jackets. They wear necklaces made of shells, beads, silver coins, and agate, with finely crafted clothing and beautiful patterns. Men's clothing generally includes black-blue head wraps and hemp long or short garments.

Moli is also known as "Zhado", so this place is also called Zhado Tropical Rainforest
Here are the places you want to go and the scenery you want to see. Life is an endless and indescribable topic. Throughout history, many people have discussed this issue, and many articles have explained the meaning of life. Actually, life is quite simple; it is just a one-way journey. Welcome everyone, the editor will take you to explore major scenic spots at home and abroad. If you like it, keep reading. Mori is also called "Zhado," so this place is also known as Zhado Tropical Rainforest. Mori Waterfall is also called Zhado Waterfall. It is said that Buddha once fasted and bathed by the hot springs here, leaving a large footprint. To commemorate Buddha's visit, later generations named this place "Zhado" after the Pali word for Buddha's footprint. Now there is a Great Buddha Temple here, and during Buddhist festivals, pilgrims come in endless streams. There are many exotic flowers and plants inside, as well as peacocks. The vegetation is lush, and the waterfall is spectacular and worth seeing. I want to go again if I have the chance. I stayed inside for most of the day; it is a great place to refresh your lungs. Several places in Yunnan have beautiful scenery; I love Yunnan. Mori Tropical Rainforest Scenic Area is more than 20 kilometers from Ruili city. The scenery here is beautiful and pleasant. In front of the scenic area, there are flocks of free-range peacocks that sometimes display their feathers together, creating a beautiful view. Inside the scenic area, there are streams and clusters of waterfalls. The large waterfall is even more magnificent, with mist rising high. The rainforest atmosphere is strong. The waterfall is not very big, much smaller compared to Huangguoshu in Guizhou or Detian in Guangxi, but because it is a tropical area, the vegetation and scenery have a unique style. There are hot springs with sacred water, and you must wash your hands there. Do not wash your feet or throw coins because it is a Theravada Buddhist site. The ticket price is 50 yuan per person, with discounts available on Meituan. There is a guide at the entrance who can explain some parts for free, but later you have to pay. The scenery inside is very beautiful; I like the three-tiered water and Mori Waterfall. The scenic area has a high negative oxygen ion content. Breathing fresh air and enjoying the beautiful scenery makes the mood great! I dropped my backpack in the pavilion inside the scenic area and hurried back to find it. A local driver sat there watching my bag, which was very touching. There are still many good people in the world, and the locals feel very simple and honest. The air is fresh, a natural oxygen bar, with clear mountains and waters, and the scenery is nice! The whole family went together. Although climbing the mountain was tiring, we were very happy after seeing the waterfall! There are many attractions along the way, and I took many beautiful photos to share on social media, receiving lots of praise.
